This shape wear is an absolute monster to put on, but it is my favorite when wearing very tight long dresses or pants because you don’t see the thigh line that you see with shorter shape wear. If you have a lot of belly or back fat, be aware that these shorts can push your back Phat out further so I would recommend one of the versions with deattachable bra straps for those body types. These are great if you have a little push or some side rolls. These also make your butt look so good. I’m 5 foot eight, 185 pounds, and I was able to squeeze into a large. An extra large would’ve worked as well. But as I said, make sure you are not in a rush to go anywhere when you are putting these on because it takes me a good eight minutes or so to wiggle into them. 10 to 15 minutes if I have long nails on. but the good news is that there is a slit between the legs so that you can go to the restroom without pulling them all the way down.
