I walk every morning with my dog a couple of miles. All my other shorts were getting worn out so I bought these to replace my older shorts. I'm not tall, so it is important that the inseam not be so long as to restrict my leg movements. It is important that the front hem not catch my leg above the knee. These shorts are comfortable to walk in, need some breaking-in.Length was perfect and the feel of the material was nice, however had to return them because the color wasn't what it showed in the picture they were too dark.Nice shorts, I'll keep them and wear them, but: a) they are way, way overpriced. They cost $75 to $85, but it should be half that. I found equivalent or better shorts at Kohls for less than half that. b) they are kinda thick in their material. If you live down south where the summer gets hot, you might (and I might) find myself wishing for something with thinner material. Again, the shorts from Kohls are better.Vineyard Vines slacks and shorts are so dependable - no appreciable variations in sizing from one pair to another. Great quality and reasonable pricing. The shorts fit as expected but the color was a little different than the photo. These are the best shorts I own.Shorts are true to size. The fabric and look are fairly high quality. However, the buttons on the back pockets came unraveled after 2 washes. Vineyard Vines needs to work on improving their sewing. For 75 bucks you should get a quality product.Un poco grandeReally nice fit and length. Not baggy or too tight. Waist is accurate sizing.
